On a chilly Fall morning, Austin expressed his desire to pursue a creative venture, prompting us to brainstorm ideas together. We initially created and sold Sasquatch stickers, quickly selling out our $300 investment. Seeking something more, we transitioned to T-shirts, leveraging our teenage printing experience to design fun shirts. After a successful white elephant gift exchange featuring our shirts, we received an order for two hundred. Despite juggling jobs and family responsibilities, we bought better printing equipment in Bend and devoted our evenings to learning the craft through YouTube tutorials and trial and error. Our dedication paid off, and our T-shirt business gained traction with local orders, sustained by caffeine and countless late nights.
